Cross-promotion

Bloggers shouldn’t be shy about self-promotion, correct? Well, here’s a link to my YouTube videos. They are not a bit like Dan Meyer’s videos—they’re not intended to be springboards for or records of rich discussions. Instead, I recorded them in order to move some amount of lecturing out of the classroom to provide more time in class for the students to work on problem-solving. They don’t assemble together into a complete, coherent body of material, since they were all recorded for the needs of my particular students. (They also don’t always cite sources very well, for the same reason.) But they seem to have been useful to some other folks as well.
